Inside the tools you already use
An agent that lives in a separate window does not change the working day. We connect it to the email, CRM, files, and data your team already uses, through the APIs those products expose, or MCP when that is the clean way in. We do not ask you to abandon the software you pay for. If the design needs a new place for people to log in and check, we treat that as a failed integration and we say so before we build it.
Based in Glasgow, working with smaller businesses and growing teams across the UK. We start from the process you already run, and we will say if an agent is the wrong next step.

- 01 Connections to the systems already in use
- 02 API or MCP, chosen for the tool in front of us
- 03 Permissions scoped to what the workflow needs
- 04 A record of what was read and written
- 05 Handover so your team can see and revoke access
Who this is for
Businesses whose tools are fine and whose gap is the work that falls between them. You do not need a new platform. You need the process to move without someone retyping it.
- Teams living in email and a CRM who retype the same facts between them
- Firms with a spreadsheet that is quietly the real system of record
- People who will only approve an agent that uses existing accounts and permissions
- Anyone who has been told to move everything into one AI platform and does not want to
What you get out of it
- No second place to copy data into
- Works with the stack you already pay for
- Access you can explain to whoever looks after security
- Less rekeying between tools
Common questions
- Do we have to change CRM, or email?
- Usually not. The point is to meet the work where it already happens. We will say if a tool cannot be connected safely, and we will not invent a replacement platform to get around that.
- What is MCP, in practice?
- A common way for an agent to reach a tool that already supports it, with permissions you can see. Where a plain API is the better fit, we use that. The protocol is a means, not the product.
- Who can see what the agent can reach?
- You can. Access is scoped to the workflow, documented, and revocable. We would rather your security or information-governance people see that in week one than after something is live.
