Custom tools, not another subscription
Some jobs do not fit the software you already pay for, and another subscription will not fix the mismatch. We build a small tool around that one job: the form, the checks, the handoff, and an AI step only where it removes a specific piece of effort. A bespoke internal tool is realistic for a smaller firm. It is not automatically worth building. If a setting in the software you have would do it, we say so and stop.

Common questions
- Why not buy a tool?
- If a tool you already pay for can do the job, buy or configure that, and do not hire us. We build only for the gap that is left, and we will tell you when there is no gap.
- Will we be able to maintain it?
- That is a design constraint, not a hope. We keep the tool small, document it, and hand it over on the assumption you will run it without us. Ongoing help is a separate, optional arrangement.
- Do you only build with AI?
- No. AI goes in where it removes a specific piece of effort. The rest is ordinary software. Adding a model to a tool that did not need one is how pilots waste a year.
