A chatbot that answers questions is a different product. We build an agent that takes a defined piece of work and carries it out in the tools the team already uses: it reads, drafts, updates, and follows the process through to an outcome. A named person approves anything that spends money, changes a customer record, or cannot be undone. The agent does not replace the team. It takes the repeatable steps so people can spend their time on the exceptions.

- How is this different from a chatbot?
- A chatbot replies. This agent is given a workflow and carries the steps out in the systems you already use. When a step is hard to undo, it waits for a named person.
- What if the agent is wrong?
- Then the design has failed if nobody can see that. Every build includes an audit trail, a named fallback, and approval on the actions you would not want taken alone. We would rather leave a step manual than hide a mistake.
- Will this replace people?
- No. We scope it against repeatable administrative work, with the people whose jobs it touches. What you do with any time released is your decision. We will not write that up as a headcount saving.
